Day 6 Caminha to Vila Nova de Cerveira 14.4 kms
A later start this morning. Our hostel included breakfast which was nice to sit down have freshly squeezed orange juice (diy machine) and a good selection of options.
A relaxed start at 9.00 down to the harbour and follow the pathways along the side of the estuary all the way to Vila Nova de Cereria. On the other side of the Estuary is Spain. Unusual for us to be walking along the top border of one country looking over to another. Having had coffee at breakfast we just had one stop by the estuary to eat our boiled eggs and rolls. Arrived at 1.00 had a beer and lunch in the town square before going to our hostel Pousada de Juventude (€35.46 Nice double room with own bathroom includes breakfast).
Cooler today cloudy 23 degrees.

Chapel of St Sebastian on the way. Following pics show the lovely scenic route today.

Dinner of Sardines. Very nice
Salted fish at the mini mart. We see these in every supermarket and mini market.

Loving the blog, makes us want to get our boots on and get out there again. Great scenery photos too
